Pb&J Quesadilla
I loved it!!!!
Enchilada Plate
The enchilada plate is the best in Denver.l There are choices as to what filling you want. I chose the carne asada every time. Tender and great. There are also choices of salsa to cover the enchiladas - you get to chose two. The beans that come along with the meal were great. We have eaten in the restaurant several times but this time I did carry out. I was ready on time and they have an easy place to park for the pick up.
Pozole Verde
The Verde posole is so good you got to try it.... Muy Bueno
Al Pastor Tacos
Yummy !!!!! We will be back !!! Excellent service too .
Tacos for Four
We ordered the Tacos for 4 It was hot, delicious and ample food for our group. We will be back for more!
Carnitas Plate
This is my husbands and my favorite! The carnitas are so tasty and perfect with the kittle bit of crispness for added texture.
Chips & Salsa - Happy Hour
We love this restaurant with Happy Hour everyday. Of course, we ordered menu items too and the food is delicious and the array of sauces unique and very good. The waitstaff is always nice. It's just an overall positive dining experience.
Tamales - Happy Hour
We love the pork tamales with green chili! They some of our favorites!
Quesadilla
There may be a better Quesadilla somewhere on the planet, but I have not found one better than the Palenque Steak Quesadilla. Originating and growing up in Texas, I believe my bonafides qualify me for this bold claim. Additionally, I have travelled and sampled Quesadillas in every Latin American country including multiple locations in Mexico. Palenque, thank you for your excellence!
Tamale - SIDE
The pork tamale is one of the best I've ever had. Coming from South Texas (956), it's hard to find food that reminds you of home. The filling, masa, everything on the plate is fantastic. Get a side of tomatillo sauce to take it over the top!
